Feedback on our recent algorithm update ("Penguin")

Google has launched a Feedback Reconsideration Request form for sites those who have been affected https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dEVxdmdRWFJRTjRoLWZVTHZkaTBQbkE6MQ&ndplr=1

This is a form where you can submit a site if your site is not ranking.  Do share here your updates if after submissions has the rankings come back?
